Josephine Hansom joins YouthSight, the specialist youth, student and young professional research agency to head up the Brands, Policy and Professional team. Josephine joins after nearly seven years at GfK, first as a qualitative research manager then as an Associate Director with global responsibility for digital innovation. Josephine’s remit is to continue YouthSight’s growth in full-service provision in these areas.
YouthSight’s Managing Director Ben Marks commented, “Josephine makes a fantastic addition to our leadership team. She is a skilled and hugely experienced researcher with expertise in digital methods. We’re absolutely delighted to have her on board.”
In other developments, Panel Services team manager, Tatenda Musesengwa is expanding his responsibilities with a promotion to the new role of Client Services Director. He will have responsibilities across the whole business.
The Panel Services team is also growing. Joining the team as Project Executive is Katie-Rose Gilmore (she joined in July 2013) and Esme Mathieson as an Account Manager (Esme started in November 2013). Katie-Rose focuses on helping research agencies with qualitative and quantitative access to YouthSight’s 124,000-strong OpinionPanel Community. Esme’s primarily focus is in promoting YouthSight’s three omnibus surveys (Student omnibus, Youth omnibus and Young Professional omnibus) aimed at research and marketing services agencies as well as brands.
Ben Marks commented, “During his three years at the company Tatenda has developed a thorough understanding of nearly all aspects of the business, both on the Panel Services and Insight sides of the business. He has also been closely involved in the setting up of our new sister agency, Bright Young Minds. Tatenda is an excellent communicator and connector and has strong strategic capabilities. I’m delighted to have him representing YouthSight at the highest level.” Marks continued, “Katie-Rose and Esme have made a superb start in the Panel Services team”.
