YouthSight is excited to share the great success of the first HE Insight Club Event. Specifically designed for the members of our HE Insight Club (subscribers to our HE insight products) it was a fantastic morning of insights, discussions and debates!
The event kicked off with two exclusive insight-led presentations to set the scene and break the ice. First off, Josephine Hansom (Head of Youth Research & Insight, YouthSight) presented '50 Millennial Trends' which impact young peoples' decision making. This was followed by a presentation from Andréanne Orsier (Associate Director, Higher Education research, YouthSight), on consumer brands’ growth strategies and how they could (should!) be applied to HEI’s marketing and communication strategies.
The presentations prompted a lot of questions and debate, but not as much as our subsequent “meet your students” session –which saw 12 of our panellists joining us to share their views and their tips on how HEIs can better engage with them. This extremely interactive session led to a very extensive list of Do's & Dont's for our attendees to take away… and a lot of food for thought.
